Who we are

Said Of Us is run by Craig Addyman, referred to here as "we" or "us". You can reach us at hello@saidofus.com.

Who can use it

Said Of Us is for business use, and is in beta. You must be at least 18. If you create a workspace for a company or client, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

What we provide

Said Of Us sends your prompts to AI engines through your provider accounts, stores the answers and helps you analyse them. We're still developing it, so features can change, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We aren't connected with or endorsed by the AI engines we track.

Fees and your provider costs

• Said Of Us itself is free during the beta. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before charging, and you can leave instead.
• You need your own DataForSEO and TypeSafe accounts. You pay those providers directly under their own terms, and you're responsible for those costs, including any overruns.
• Budgets and cost estimates in Said Of Us are there to help, but they're not guarantees. Check your provider balances too.

AI answers and our analysis

AI engines change their answers and can get things wrong. Our figures, decisions and suggestions are automated estimates, so check anything important before you act on it. We don't promise that following a suggestion will change how AI engines describe you.

Your responsibilities

• Only add brands, websites and content you're allowed to use.
• Keep sensitive or unnecessary personal data out of your prompts and notes.
• Follow the law, and your providers' and the AI engines' rules.
• Don't attack, overload, copy or try to get around the limits of the service, and don't access other people's data.

Your content and ours

You keep the rights to what you add. You give us permission to store and process it, and send it to our suppliers, only so we can run the service. We keep the rights to Said Of Us itself, including its software, name and design.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and otherwise we'll give you at least 30 days' notice if we close your account or stop the service. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Otherwise, the service is provided as it is, without promises beyond those the law requires. We're not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, provider charges, or indirect losses. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the greater of £100 and what you paid us in those 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, give account holders at least 14 days' notice by email. If you don't accept a change, you can delete your account before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
